These terms explain the main rules for accounts, product photos, prepared results, credits, and payment when using AIBAO Studio.
Last updated: July 15, 2026AIBAO Studio is provided by AIBAO Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore. The service helps customers prepare product photos, review results, and download useful sizes for an online shop.
These terms apply when you access the website, use an account, prepare a photo, buy a plan or credits, or download a result.
You must provide an email address you are allowed to use. Sign-in links are private, work only for a limited time, and should not be forwarded to another person.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support if you believe someone else has accessed it.
You must own each uploaded photo or have permission to use it. You must also have permission for visible people, brands, artwork, packaging, and other protected material.
Do not upload private documents, unlawful material, harmful content, or anything that you are not allowed to share with the service providers needed to prepare the photo.
Do not use the service to mislead buyers, copy another business, violate a person's rights, bypass safety controls, damage the service, or interfere with another account.
AIBAO may restrict or stop access when needed to protect customers, providers, the service, or comply with law.
Prepared photos can contain mistakes or changes. Before publishing, compare every result with the real product and check shape, colour, labels, text, claims, safety details, and other important information.
You decide whether a result is suitable for your shop. AIBAO does not guarantee perfect accuracy, sales, conversion, search ranking, or customer response.
The current monthly plans are Lite at USD $19 for 80 credits, Starter at USD $39 for 200 credits, Professional at USD $99 for 600 credits, and Business at USD $149 for 1,000 credits. Unused monthly credits reset each billing period and do not carry forward.
Current top-ups provide 30 credits for USD $10, 65 for USD $20, 180 for USD $50, or 400 for USD $100. They carry forward and are used only after monthly credits. The estimated credit cost is shown before photo preparation starts.
Stripe handles checkout and billing management. A plan or top-up is not confirmed until the payment provider reports a successful payment and the account records are updated.
Keep invoices and payment references for support. Do not send AIBAO a full card number, card security code, password, or private sign-in link.
Use Manage billing in My account to change or cancel an active plan where available. Cancellation, renewal, credit review, and payment refund questions are handled under the current Refunds page and any rights that apply by law.
A credit reservation, an account credit adjustment, and a money refund are different records. Support may need to review the photo job and payment record before confirming an outcome.
The service may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, or unable to finish a photo. AIBAO may update features, prices, credit costs, providers, or these terms as the service changes.
Important changes should be shown before they apply where notice is required. Continued use after an effective change means the updated terms may apply, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms do not remove consumer or other rights that cannot legally be removed. The final legal effect of these terms depends on applicable law and the facts of each matter.
Qualified legal review is required before launch for governing law, intellectual property, liability limits, consumer rights, and provider terms.
