A full preparation may use about 6 credits with the current options. Your exact estimate appears before you start, so you can change the selected work first.
Do unused credits carry forward?
Unused monthly credits reset each billing period. Top-up credits carry forward and are used only after monthly credits.
What happens if a photo cannot be finished?
Check My account for the confirmed credit result. If the balance does not look right, contact support with the photo date and visible reference.
Does the plan guarantee more sales?
No. Clear photos can help buyers understand a product, but sales also depend on price, demand, traffic, the full listing, and many other factors.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Active customers can open Manage billing from My account. See the Terms and Refunds pages for the current rules.
