This policy explains the information AIBAO Studio handles to provide accounts, product-photo preparation, billing, saved photos, and support.
Last updated: July 15, 2026Account information may include your name, email address, sign-in and session records, subscription status, credit balance, and payment references.
Photo service information may include uploaded photos, prepared results, selected settings, file details, job status, error information, saved-photo history, and download records.
We use information to sign you in, prepare selected photos, show progress, estimate and record credits, save results, provide downloads, manage billing, prevent misuse, and answer support questions.
We should use only the information needed for the service, legal duties, security, billing records, and approved product improvement.
Uploaded photos and settings are sent to the storage and processing services needed to complete the work you selected. Approved providers may process or store this information for that purpose.
Do not upload private documents, secret information, or content that you are not allowed to provide to AIBAO and the services needed to prepare the photo.
Stripe manages payment pages, card processing, invoices, subscriptions, and billing portals. Card details entered on Stripe-managed pages are handled by Stripe rather than stored as full card details by AIBAO Studio.
AIBAO may keep Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, payment, invoice, refund, and event references so payments can be matched with plans and credits.
A necessary session cookie keeps a verified browser connected to the correct account. A one-time sign-in record is used to confirm email access.
The browser may also store the Light, Dark, or Device appearance choice and a product photo selected before sign-in. The Cookies page explains these items in more detail.
The site may record limited first-party events such as photo selected, preparation completed, download started, or recovery action used.
Browser-sent product events should not include photo bytes, filenames, email addresses, object paths, private instructions, card data, or full error logs. Global Privacy Control disables these browser-sent events.
Account history and active saved photos remain available under the current retention rules. Deleting a visible photo does not necessarily remove backup, billing, audit, or required legal records at the same time.

AIBAO uses access controls and service protections intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No online service can promise complete security.
Keep sign-in links private, use a trusted device, and contact support if an account or photo appears to have been accessed without permission.
Some service providers may process information outside Singapore. Final provider locations, transfer safeguards, and legal notices must be confirmed before launch.
You may contact support to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request. AIBAO may need to verify the account and keep records that are required for billing, security, disputes, or law.
Qualified legal review is required before launch for Singapore privacy law, customer rights, providers, transfers, retention, and security wording.
